Narrative:
Flight departing iah aborted takeoff because amber leading edge flap light illuminated causing takeoff warning horn. The illumination was only momentary. When throttles were retarded, the light extinguished and indications were normal. After determining that the flaps were in the proper position, another takeoff was made with no abnormal indications. Logbook writeup was made for mechanics at slc.
