Narrative:

Past V1, at rotation speed, we felt a slight vibration and heard a muffled explosion. Few seconds later, a smell of burned rubber came through the air conditioning system. We kept the gear down for a while and evaluated damages. All indications were normal. After conferring with company dispatch and maintenance, we decided to proceed to our destination, mem, as we needed to burn fuel to land at a lighter weight. We landed in mem smoothly without further incident. We had declared an emergency and briefed the crew, the passenger, and ATC personnel. We pulled on a taxiway and waited that maintenance personnel came to inspect the gear before taxiing to our gate. Everybody performed flawlessly and all the passenger behaved calmly and responsibly.
