Narrative:

Msp tower is using minimum spacing between aircraft departing and landing on the same runway. The week of aug/xx I had to go around once due to aircraft on the runway. Another time, the departing aircraft lifted off while my aircraft was 100 ft in the air. On aug/tue, my aircraft was in the flare before the departing aircraft was airborne. At no other airport in the continental united states, caribbean, or mexico, have I seen spacing so close, including lga, bos, dtw, ord, and other airports that have aircraft landing and departing on the same runway. I believe the situation at msp is an accident waiting to happen, and I personally will not accept such minimum spacing again.
