Narrative:
Being vectored for visual approach runway 13R dfw, level at 5000 ft in dfw TCA (at floor). Saw traffic 12 O'clock, 2 mi low. Small aircraft biplane doing acrobatics, passed under us by 1000 ft or less. We deviated right and climbed 200 ft to avoid. Hard to know where to go to avoid aircraft doing aerobatics. No advisory from ATC. No advisory from TCASII. Presumably, no transponder aircraft. I believe one is required in this airspace. We were 22 NM from dfw. This may be a legal place to perform aerobatics per current FARS, but it shouldn't be. Didn't know for sure that he wouldn't climb into us as we passed over him.
