Narrative:
Small transport X was at 11000 ft issued a turn to 120 degrees. Once established on the heading he reported an RA and was climbing. The traffic was an medium large transport Y, nwbound climbing out of 9700 ft for 10000 ft. Small transport X was instructed to maintain 11000 ft when able. He had climbed to 11500 ft. No loss of separation had occurred.

Title: CPR SMT PERFORMS EVASIVE ACTION CLB IN PLT RESPONSE TO TCASII RA.
Narrative: SMT X WAS AT 11000 FT ISSUED A TURN TO 120 DEGS. ONCE ESTABLISHED ON THE HDG HE RPTED AN RA AND WAS CLBING. THE TFC WAS AN MLG Y, NWBOUND CLBING OUT OF 9700 FT FOR 10000 FT. SMT X WAS INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN 11000 FT WHEN ABLE. HE HAD CLBED TO 11500 FT. NO LOSS OF SEPARATION HAD OCCURRED.
