Narrative:
I was departing after air show. 4 aircraft lined for active, 1 in pattern, downwind to base, as I became #1 to depart. After ensuring via radio that there was space for my departure (trees obscured view of pattern), I announced I would depart runway 33. Upon advancing power, a biplane from airshow announced he would do intersection takeoff. I informed him we were rolling and requested he hold short. He refused, saying he'd clear quickly. I aborted takeoff and exited runway where he entered. Air show pilot said he expected me to continue takeoff and I never would have caught him. That's true -- provided neither of us had problems. However, cutting in front of another aircraft on takeoff is neither prudent nor reflective of sound, professional judgement. Runway at this field is 2600 ft, short for my twin. Takeoff under these circumstances is not a time for playing tag!

Title: RWY INCURSION, UNAUTH RWY ENTRY OP AT NON TWR ARPT BY SMA BIPLANE.
Narrative: I WAS DEPARTING AFTER AIR SHOW. 4 ACFT LINED FOR ACTIVE, 1 IN PATTERN, DOWNWIND TO BASE, AS I BECAME #1 TO DEPART. AFTER ENSURING VIA RADIO THAT THERE WAS SPACE FOR MY DEP (TREES OBSCURED VIEW OF PATTERN), I ANNOUNCED I WOULD DEPART RWY 33. UPON ADVANCING PWR, A BIPLANE FROM AIRSHOW ANNOUNCED HE WOULD DO INTXN TKOF. I INFORMED HIM WE WERE ROLLING AND REQUESTED HE HOLD SHORT. HE REFUSED, SAYING HE'D CLR QUICKLY. I ABORTED TKOF AND EXITED RWY WHERE HE ENTERED. AIR SHOW PLT SAID HE EXPECTED ME TO CONTINUE TKOF AND I NEVER WOULD HAVE CAUGHT HIM. THAT'S TRUE -- PROVIDED NEITHER OF US HAD PROBS. HOWEVER, CUTTING IN FRONT OF ANOTHER ACFT ON TKOF IS NEITHER PRUDENT NOR REFLECTIVE OF SOUND, PROFESSIONAL JUDGEMENT. RWY AT THIS FIELD IS 2600 FT, SHORT FOR MY TWIN. TKOF UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES IS NOT A TIME FOR PLAYING TAG!
