Narrative:
There is a CAT 1 hold line marking when taxiing on taxiway 3 to runway 33 at chs. There is also a standard hold short line for runway 33 on taxiway 3. But no signs to indicate the hold short point. The only sign says CAT 1. At night I could not see the standard hold short line, and it would be very easy to taxi on to the runway. We need the standard runway 33 signs at either side of taxiway 3 at chs.
