Narrative:
In sum: the reporter relates that an FAA inspector caused an unnecessary delay in obtaining a rechk for an IFR part 135 atx chkride. He also states that he and his employer informed the FAA regional office of the problem but it was not resolved to the reporter's satisfaction. He claims that the inspector was unfair for failing him on the first check and he therefore wants someone else along on a future check. He believes that the inspector acts in an uncaring and unsympathetic manner. He points out that his employment and livelihood rest on the cooperation of the inspector, or FAA FSDO, to reinstate his atx proficiency qualifications since he is now out of the 'IFR' competency grace period.

HE CLAIMS THAT THE INSPECTOR WAS UNFAIR FOR FAILING HIM ON THE FIRST CHK AND HE THEREFORE WANTS SOMEONE ELSE ALONG ON A FUTURE CHK. HE BELIEVES THAT THE INSPECTOR ACTS IN AN UNCARING AND UNSYMPATHETIC MANNER.
