Narrative:
Passenger informed captain in austin that paint was bubbling on wing. I passed information to maintenance thinking it was just bad paint (which many of our aircraft have). On arrival in houston, maintenance pulled aircraft from service for delamination of top of speed brake. I now know what delamination is and why it is a problem.
