Narrative:

Dispatch used a temperature of 60 degrees F local to figure maximum takeoff weight. I used 50 degrees given on the current ATIS XS50Z. That made for a 3000 pound difference in maximum aircraft takeoff gross weight (ATOG). The ATOG was under the 50 degrees aircraft takeoff gross weight but over the 60 degrees ATOG. The gate agent and the captain missed the difference and did not call dispatch for a new release with a higher weight. We had the performance but not 'the paperwork.' from now on I will ask the captain to let me look at the release. I don't know where 60 degrees came from. I think the high for the day in ama was 54 degrees F.
