Narrative:
Problem: lost pressurization at FL190 in an small transport. Cause: rubber hose from supercharger redeveloped a hole. Unknown to me, sometime back, the hose developed a hole and a maintenance person used duct tape to close hole. Result: loss of pressurization when duct tape gave way. Prevention: closer inspection of aircraft by little rock FSDO. Reported maintenance problem to little rock FSDO by pilot but to no success.
