Narrative:
Ramper at origination (sea-tac international) did not secure cargo properly. In-flight cargo in aft shifted as to block main exit door and jam latch so door could not be opened from outside. Flight crew had to move bags (cargo) to open door after landing.

Title: POSTFLT IT IS DETERMINED THAT BAGGAGE SHIFTED INFLT TO JAM DOOR HANDLE SO IT COULD NOT BE OPENED FROM OUTSIDE OR INSIDE.
Narrative: RAMPER AT ORIGINATION (SEA-TAC INTL) DID NOT SECURE CARGO PROPERLY. INFLT CARGO IN AFT SHIFTED AS TO BLOCK MAIN EXIT DOOR AND JAM LATCH SO DOOR COULD NOT BE OPENED FROM OUTSIDE. FLC HAD TO MOVE BAGS (CARGO) TO OPEN DOOR AFTER LNDG.
