Narrative:
While taxiing into position to hold for takeoff and completing before takeoff checklist, light smoke became visible in cockpit and cabin. We immediately cleared runway, shut down aircraft as per evacuate/evacuation checklist, and performed an orderly evacuate/evacuation of passenger through cabin airstair door. No further problems or smoke apparent after aircraft was shut down.
