#2 xfeed valve inoperative open (no orange sticker on valve switch. En route den-iad, #2 fuel tank was burned down to 4000 pounds. #1 and #3 tanks 11000 pounds. Over dsm at this time, decided to divert to dsm.

Narrative: #2 XFEED VALVE INOP OPEN (NO ORANGE STICKER ON VALVE SWITCH. ENRTE DEN-IAD, #2 FUEL TANK WAS BURNED DOWN TO 4000 LBS. #1 AND #3 TANKS 11000 LBS. OVER DSM AT THIS TIME, DECIDED TO DIVERT TO DSM.
