Narrative:

Landing runway 28R sfo. The controller issued the instruction 'roll to the end, exit at romeo....' taxiway romeo is the next to last taxiway from the end and is not clearly marked with any signs that we saw. We exited at the end of the runway (sierra, having never seen romeo). Aircraft following us executed go around to avoid a conflict. Recommend clear taxiway sign showing taxiway romeo.

Narrative: LNDG RWY 28R SFO. THE CTLR ISSUED THE INSTRUCTION 'ROLL TO THE END, EXIT AT ROMEO....' TXWY ROMEO IS THE NEXT TO LAST TXWY FROM THE END AND IS NOT CLRLY MARKED WITH ANY SIGNS THAT WE SAW. WE EXITED AT THE END OF THE RWY (SIERRA, HAVING NEVER SEEN ROMEO). ACFT FOLLOWING US EXECUTED GAR TO AVOID A CONFLICT. RECOMMEND CLR TXWY SIGN SHOWING TXWY ROMEO.
