Narrative:
After experiencing the temporary loss of all communication and navigation equipment while near class B airspace, my landing resulted in the aircraft porpoising twice prior to a go around and successful landing. The propeller apparently struck the ground on the second 'bounce.' I had logged 30 lndgs in this aircraft with no problems.
