Narrative:

Flight fll-ewr XA45L. After completion of flight, I was informed indirectly by gate agents that some of the flight attendants were injured during takeoff because they were not in their assigned seats. Before takeoff announcement was made by so, approximately 3 mins prior to takeoff, PA system was checked and found to be operating normally. Flight time 2 hours 38 mins. Taxi time 12 mins.

Narrative: FLT FLL-EWR XA45L. AFTER COMPLETION OF FLT, I WAS INFORMED INDIRECTLY BY GATE AGENTS THAT SOME OF THE FLT ATTENDANTS WERE INJURED DURING TKOF BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT IN THEIR ASSIGNED SEATS. BEFORE TKOF ANNOUNCEMENT WAS MADE BY SO, APPROX 3 MINS PRIOR TO TKOF, PA SYS WAS CHKED AND FOUND TO BE OPERATING NORMALLY. FLT TIME 2 HRS 38 MINS. TAXI TIME 12 MINS.
