Narrative:
On landing rollout, #2 engine thrust reverser departed the aircraft. Debris from the reverser remained on runway and another air carrier light transport reported some damage from this. No injuries to any passenger or crew from either aircraft. Supplemental information from acn 258781: due to our aircraft's speed, we were unable to avoid the debris. We were, however, able to raise the nose of the aircraft enough to prevent the propeller from hitting the debris. The left landing gear did hit the cowling though, causing damage to the gear door.

Title: AN ACR LGT DROPPED PART OF ITS REVERSER MECHANISM ONTO THE RWY ON LNDG. AN ACR LTT CUT ONE OF ITS TIRES UPON HITTING THE DEBRIS.
Narrative: ON LNDG ROLLOUT, #2 ENG THRUST REVERSER DEPARTED THE ACFT. DEBRIS FROM THE REVERSER REMAINED ON RWY AND ANOTHER ACR LTT RPTED SOME DAMAGE FROM THIS. NO INJURIES TO ANY PAX OR CREW FROM EITHER ACFT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 258781: DUE TO OUR ACFT'S SPD, WE WERE UNABLE TO AVOID THE DEBRIS. WE WERE, HOWEVER, ABLE TO RAISE THE NOSE OF THE ACFT ENOUGH TO PREVENT THE PROP FROM HITTING THE DEBRIS. THE L LNDG GEAR DID HIT THE COWLING THOUGH, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE GEAR DOOR.
