Narrative:

As we started leveling at FL230 ATC asked us to verify altitude. We stated FL230. ATC asked us assigned altitude, we said FL210. ATC said descend and maintain FL210 which we did. Autoplt failure to capture altitude selected FL210. Failure to monitor instruments. Repeated takeoffs and lndgs between 2 cities bred complacency and boredom also fatigue.
