Narrative:
We got our clearance to taxi to runway 12L, but to hold short of runway 12R at taxiway C and a. The captain made the turn (approximately 120 degrees) onto taxiway C from taxiway a, and slightly went over the runway holding short line. He immediately stopped the airplane when we realized that we crossed the holding line. I then advised the tower of what we did, and 2 aircraft went around. Rain water was covering the hold short line and making it blend in with the rest of the surface making it very hard to see. The other factor is that there seems to be no sign for the hold short line next to the runway.
