Narrative:
Intruder aircraft (light transport class) crossed left to right at same altitude causing TCASII RA. We followed TCASII command and climbed approximately 600-700 ft before 'clear of conflict.' no warning from mexico center (120.1) and no satisfactory explanation after we reported the RA. Intruder aircraft appeared to be northbound on J-5 over gabli intersection. I do not think that he saw our aircraft, nor was TCASII equipped.
