Narrative:
We were cleared to taxi to runway 32. We misunderstood as 'cleared to taxi to runway 36', and taxied onto runway 32 and down to the next taxiway and held short of runway 36, to do our runup. We realized our misunderstanding and then contacted tower for permission to takeoff. We were cleared to depart runway 32, which we did. Our misunderstanding caused no danger to any aircraft because no other aircraft were in the area nor active on the airport.

WE REALIZED OUR MISUNDERSTANDING AND THEN CONTACTED TWR FOR PERMISSION TO TKOF. WE WERE CLRED TO DEPART RWY 32, WHICH WE DID. OUR MISUNDERSTANDING CAUSED NO DANGER TO ANY ACFT BECAUSE NO OTHER ACFT WERE IN THE AREA NOR ACTIVE ON THE ARPT.
