Narrative:
At the beginning of a dual flight with a commercial student, we taxied across an active runway without clearance. The taxi clearance that ATC gave us was, 'taxi to runway 32 hold short runway 24.' the student read back, 'runway 32 hold short...' neither one of us heard ATC say, 'runway 24,' due probably, to some radio interference we were receiving. At the end of the student's readback the controller said, 'that is correct.' both the student and I understood we were to taxi to runway 32 and hold short of runway 32. Upon taxiing across runway 24 the controller told us we were supposed to hold short of 24. At that same time a commuter airline was departing runway 24 and flew over the top of us. Contributing factors. Radio interference. Not clarifying taxi instructions due to 1. Controller not correcting the readback. Instructor and student not visually checking both directions before crossing runway. Student stressed from bad day at work. Instructor not paying close enough attention to taxi instructions.

Title: INSTRUCTOR WITH STUDENT TAXIES ACROSS ACTIVE RWY WITHOUT CLRNC.
Narrative: AT THE BEGINNING OF A DUAL FLT WITH A COMMERCIAL STUDENT, WE TAXIED ACROSS AN ACTIVE RWY WITHOUT CLRNC. THE TAXI CLRNC THAT ATC GAVE US WAS, 'TAXI TO RWY 32 HOLD SHORT RWY 24.' THE STUDENT READ BACK, 'RWY 32 HOLD SHORT...' NEITHER ONE OF US HEARD ATC SAY, 'RWY 24,' DUE PROBABLY, TO SOME RADIO INTERFERENCE WE WERE RECEIVING. AT THE END OF THE STUDENT'S READBACK THE CTLR SAID, 'THAT IS CORRECT.' BOTH THE STUDENT AND I UNDERSTOOD WE WERE TO TAXI TO RWY 32 AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 32. UPON TAXIING ACROSS RWY 24 THE CTLR TOLD US WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HOLD SHORT OF 24. AT THAT SAME TIME A COMMUTER AIRLINE WAS DEPARTING RWY 24 AND FLEW OVER THE TOP OF US. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS. RADIO INTERFERENCE. NOT CLARIFYING TAXI INSTRUCTIONS DUE TO 1. CTLR NOT CORRECTING THE READBACK. INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT NOT VISUALLY CHKING BOTH DIRECTIONS BEFORE XING RWY. STUDENT STRESSED FROM BAD DAY AT WORK. INSTRUCTOR NOT PAYING CLOSE ENOUGH ATTN TO TAXI INSTRUCTIONS.
