Narrative:
Landed on runway 23L uneventfully at providence, ri. Tower and ground (1 person covers both) told us to clear when able. We cleared at east and the tower told us to was closed. We looked at the NOTAMS. It showed taxiways east ea. Stub B closed. I could not understand the NOTAM, after taxi in it was explained that east east (ea) of stub B was closed. I still have not been able to find stub B nor can I understand what east has to do with B, located at the opposite corner of the airport.
