Narrative:
We departed lga for roc. Shortly after departure we were given a turn to 020 degrees. At that time, the first officer who was flying informed me of a pressurization problem. Since he was flying, I attended to our failed pressurization. As a result, I failed to notice my first officer's failure to turn to 020 degrees as instructed. I was unaware until departure reminded us of our turn as we were getting in to jfk's airspace. I believe there was no conflict. We were unable to fix the pressurization and returned to lga for repairs.
