Narrative:

After landing on 7R in mke during a heavy snow storm, I was told to exit at romeo. No runway lines or taxi lines in sight. I passed the yellow sign and then turned by blue lights that would indicate a taxiway. But there was no taxiway. I never got off the runway, but I got stuck in a drift. Myself and 2 county employees pushed the aircraft clear. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states he still does not know why the blue lights that lead nowhere are there. No one seems to know. He did not actually leave the runway but got stuck in the snow bank on the side of the runway.
