Narrative:

Had a split flap on initial retraction with attendant flap asymmetry lockout at 1 1/2 degrees of trailing edge flaps and leading edge devices extended. No asymmetrical control inputs were necessary. Per aircraft restrictions, we proceeded to destination with limitations of 230 KIAS and FL200. Made an uneventful landing at destination. Exercised extensive cockpit resource management in determining proper course of action.

Title: UNABLE TO RETRACT WING FLAPS AFTER TKOF BECAUSE OF A SPLIT FLAP CONDITION.
