Narrative:
Climbing through 30000 noticed cabin altitude had risen to approximately 7000 ft and cabin was climbing at a rate of 300 -350 FPM. Asked ATC to start descent and descended to 10000 ft. Made a 180 degrees turn and returned to iah at 10000 ft. ATC did a fine job in every phase. We asked for no special handling, and no emergency was declared.
