Narrative:
I am not employed by my company as a pilot, however, on several occasions I have acted as copilot on this aircraft due to my turbo-propeller experience. I have not been properly trained in this aircraft and have minimal experience in it. 1 hour into the initial flight for this trip, the captain advised me that we were now at our gross takeoff weight, and further advised that we had been 1200 pounds over gross takeoff weight at takeoff. Later, he pointed out that our oxygen tank was empty. This captain does not use checklists and, at the time he noticed that we had no oxygen, we were at FL370. After landing, I questioned the pilot about his takeoff weight. At which time he stated that the people who wrote the aircraft manual were 'full of crap' and didn't know what they were doing. We unloaded passenger at martin state (mtn), then departed for fdk. The captain climbed to 4500 ft while we were talking to baltimore departure, his final VFR altitude for the 12 min flight to fdk. 4500 also put us into the baltimore class B airspace, into which we had not yet been cleared. The controller pointed out the error and advised to be more careful. Until this time, I have flown as a semi-crew member without having been properly trained in this aircraft (a cheyenne 400 ls). I have informed my employer that this aircraft is being operated in an unsafe manner and I will no longer fly with this captain.

Title: A VOLUNTEER COPLT ON A CPR CHEYENNE 400 LS HAS SEVERAL VALID COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE WAY THE COMPANY PLT OPERATES THE ACFT.
Narrative: I AM NOT EMPLOYED BY MY COMPANY AS A PLT, HOWEVER, ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS I HAVE ACTED AS COPLT ON THIS ACFT DUE TO MY TURBO-PROP EXPERIENCE. I HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY TRAINED IN THIS ACFT AND HAVE MINIMAL EXPERIENCE IN IT. 1 HR INTO THE INITIAL FLT FOR THIS TRIP, THE CAPT ADVISED ME THAT WE WERE NOW AT OUR GROSS TKOF WT, AND FURTHER ADVISED THAT WE HAD BEEN 1200 LBS OVER GROSS TKOF WT AT TKOF. LATER, HE POINTED OUT THAT OUR OXYGEN TANK WAS EMPTY. THIS CAPT DOES NOT USE CHKLISTS AND, AT THE TIME HE NOTICED THAT WE HAD NO OXYGEN, WE WERE AT FL370. AFTER LNDG, I QUESTIONED THE PLT ABOUT HIS TKOF WT. AT WHICH TIME HE STATED THAT THE PEOPLE WHO WROTE THE ACFT MANUAL WERE 'FULL OF CRAP' AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WE UNLOADED PAX AT MARTIN STATE (MTN), THEN DEPARTED FOR FDK. THE CAPT CLBED TO 4500 FT WHILE WE WERE TALKING TO BALTIMORE DEP, HIS FINAL VFR ALT FOR THE 12 MIN FLT TO FDK. 4500 ALSO PUT US INTO THE BALTIMORE CLASS B AIRSPACE, INTO WHICH WE HAD NOT YET BEEN CLRED. THE CTLR POINTED OUT THE ERROR AND ADVISED TO BE MORE CAREFUL. UNTIL THIS TIME, I HAVE FLOWN AS A SEMI-CREW MEMBER WITHOUT HAVING BEEN PROPERLY TRAINED IN THIS ACFT (A CHEYENNE 400 LS). I HAVE INFORMED MY EMPLOYER THAT THIS ACFT IS BEING OPERATED IN AN UNSAFE MANNER AND I WILL NO LONGER FLY WITH THIS CAPT.
