Narrative:
Slower aircraft entering downwind leg in front of faster aircraft already established on downwind leg. Strong winds were a contributing factor. Both aircraft turned as avoidance measures. Perhaps a larger traffic pattern for faster aircraft, and smaller patterns for slower aircraft. The C182 had its landing light on. This was very helpful.

Title: LUSCOMBE SILVAIRE CUT A C-182 OUT OF THE TFC PATTERN.
Narrative: SLOWER ACFT ENTERING DOWNWIND LEG IN FRONT OF FASTER ACFT ALREADY ESTABLISHED ON DOWNWIND LEG. STRONG WINDS WERE A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR. BOTH ACFT TURNED AS AVOIDANCE MEASURES. PERHAPS A LARGER TFC PATTERN FOR FASTER ACFT, AND SMALLER PATTERNS FOR SLOWER ACFT. THE C182 HAD ITS LNDG LIGHT ON. THIS WAS VERY HELPFUL.
