Narrative:

Engine appeared to compressor stall. Climbing through 36000 ft, the right engine appeared to compressor stall, with rollback to flight idle and associated loss of power, although momentary. Engine instruments returned to normal and engine remained on line. It was agreed that the engine would continue at flight idle until approach/landing. Descended to 31000 ft, and remainder of flight was uneventful, with company dispatch and maintenance notified. Emergency equipment was requested for precautionary purposes only on landing in msp.

Title: LGT HAS COMPRESSOR STALLS AT ALT. PWR BACK TO IDLE AND CONTINUE FLT.

Narrative: ENG APPEARED TO COMPRESSOR STALL. CLBING THROUGH 36000 FT, THE R ENG APPEARED TO COMPRESSOR STALL, WITH ROLLBACK TO FLT IDLE AND ASSOCIATED LOSS OF PWR, ALTHOUGH MOMENTARY. ENG INSTS RETURNED TO NORMAL AND ENG REMAINED ON LINE. IT WAS AGREED THAT THE ENG WOULD CONTINUE AT FLT IDLE UNTIL APCH/LNDG. DSNDED TO 31000 FT, AND REMAINDER OF FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL, WITH COMPANY DISPATCH AND MAINT NOTIFIED. EMER EQUIP WAS REQUESTED FOR PRECAUTIONARY PURPOSES ONLY ON LNDG IN MSP.
