Narrative:
I received a position briefing which included a falcon in the bravo pad. Shortly thereafter, brasilia X (maintenance aircraft) in the B pad called asking to go from the B pad to gate Y. I instructed X to hold short of runway 30R at taxiway B. I observed X moving off the B pad and then veered off into the grass. I informed the supervisor of this and asked X what the problem was and how we could provide assistance.
