Narrative:

Control tower was closed for the night. Crew had been up for 18 hours due to WX delays early in the day. We received a void clearance time of 2 mins and was advised by center of inbound traffic for runway 17. We were taking off on runway 35. Traffic was given at 5 mi from airport at the beginning of our takeoff roll. We had the lights of the aircraft in sight as we began takeoff. Our weight was very light (120000 pounds) and I believed our high performance was going to allow safe clearance. As we climbed out, it became apparent that clearance would be less than ideal. A 40 degree bank was needed to give separation. TCASII resolution was received and complied with. Contributing factors: crew was tired and I had a severe case of get homeitis. 2 min void time also helped push the decision to go instead of prudently wait for other aircraft to land and clear runway. Fact that no passenger were on board probably threw some caution to the wind. Will definitely not be in a hurry in the future.

Title: EVASIVE ACTION AND TCASII RA AS LGT DEPARTS TOWARD ONCOMING TFC AT NON TWR ARPT TO COMPLY WITH VOID TIME.

Narrative: CTL TWR WAS CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT. CREW HAD BEEN UP FOR 18 HRS DUE TO WX DELAYS EARLY IN THE DAY. WE RECEIVED A VOID CLRNC TIME OF 2 MINS AND WAS ADVISED BY CTR OF INBOUND TFC FOR RWY 17. WE WERE TAKING OFF ON RWY 35. TFC WAS GIVEN AT 5 MI FROM ARPT AT THE BEGINNING OF OUR TKOF ROLL. WE HAD THE LIGHTS OF THE ACFT IN SIGHT AS WE BEGAN TKOF. OUR WT WAS VERY LIGHT (120000 LBS) AND I BELIEVED OUR HIGH PERFORMANCE WAS GOING TO ALLOW SAFE CLRNC. AS WE CLBED OUT, IT BECAME APPARENT THAT CLRNC WOULD BE LESS THAN IDEAL. A 40 DEG BANK WAS NEEDED TO GIVE SEPARATION. TCASII RESOLUTION WAS RECEIVED AND COMPLIED WITH. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: CREW WAS TIRED AND I HAD A SEVERE CASE OF GET HOMEITIS. 2 MIN VOID TIME ALSO HELPED PUSH THE DECISION TO GO INSTEAD OF PRUDENTLY WAIT FOR OTHER ACFT TO LAND AND CLR RWY. FACT THAT NO PAX WERE ON BOARD PROBABLY THREW SOME CAUTION TO THE WIND. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE IN A HURRY IN THE FUTURE.
