Narrative:
On mar/tue/94 flew C340 from dallas love field to dallas redbird. The aircraft was known to have an out of limit fuel flow meter and cylinder head temperature gauge. I did not request a special flight permit because it was after XA00 pm and the FSDO was closed.

Title: ACFT IN NEED OF FERRY PERMIT. FSDO CLOSED SO PLT FLEW IT ANYWAY.
Narrative: ON MAR/TUE/94 FLEW C340 FROM DALLAS LOVE FIELD TO DALLAS REDBIRD. THE ACFT WAS KNOWN TO HAVE AN OUT OF LIMIT FUEL FLOW METER AND CYLINDER HEAD TEMP GAUGE. I DID NOT REQUEST A SPECIAL FLT PERMIT BECAUSE IT WAS AFTER XA00 PM AND THE FSDO WAS CLOSED.
