Narrative:
Air carrier X on ILS runway 9R at tizzy intersection advised he was climbing on a TCASII RA. There was no traffic below him. The only air carrier Y was on parallel heading on runway 8L above him at 5000 ft. X climbed from 3500 ft to 3800 ft before he resumed the ILS approach. I was working the final monitor 'a' position. This TCASII event is very similar to an event 20 mins later by aircraft Z. That event is on another NASA form.

Title: TCASII LOGIC. ACR X RECEIVED TCASII RA FROM ACR Y 1500 FT ABOVE AND STILL CLBED.
Narrative: ACR X ON ILS RWY 9R AT TIZZY INTXN ADVISED HE WAS CLBING ON A TCASII RA. THERE WAS NO TFC BELOW HIM. THE ONLY ACR Y WAS ON PARALLEL HDG ON RWY 8L ABOVE HIM AT 5000 FT. X CLBED FROM 3500 FT TO 3800 FT BEFORE HE RESUMED THE ILS APCH. I WAS WORKING THE FINAL MONITOR 'A' POS. THIS TCASII EVENT IS VERY SIMILAR TO AN EVENT 20 MINS LATER BY ACFT Z. THAT EVENT IS ON ANOTHER NASA FORM.
