Narrative:

On landing roll runway 19, tower said turn left on 29 or taxiway 'microphone.' at this point we rolled through taxiway microphone and did a 180 degree turn. The tower stated 'that is not an option, back taxi now and exit on 'hotel' which we did. We had been on a continuous duty and were into our 12TH hour on duty and I think fatigue had a major effect on this incident. Supplemental information from acn 268598: on rollout on the above runway captain misunderstood controller's instructions. Made 180 on runway 19, clearance was to turn on 29 or taxiway 'hotel.' crew had been on duty 12 plus hours the day of the incident, and had schedule interruption the previous day due to aircraft breakdown. Crew rest was legal but not sufficient. Crew observed several other errors also caused by fatigue.
