Narrative:
Fog rolled in on my balloon at X:00 ft MSL. Was unable to find a landing spot so I had to continue flying approach 300 ft below ceiling. Hard to predict fog. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter states that there were 3 balloons flying together, all from the same company. There have been no repercussions from this low flight.

Title: 3 HOT AIR BALLOONS WERE FORCED TO FLY LOW DUE TO LOWERING WX CONDITIONS.
Narrative: FOG ROLLED IN ON MY BALLOON AT X:00 FT MSL. WAS UNABLE TO FIND A LNDG SPOT SO I HAD TO CONTINUE FLYING APCH 300 FT BELOW CEILING. HARD TO PREDICT FOG. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATES THAT THERE WERE 3 BALLOONS FLYING TOGETHER, ALL FROM THE SAME COMPANY. THERE HAVE BEEN NO REPERCUSSIONS FROM THIS LOW FLT.
