Narrative:
Aircraft aborted takeoff at 70 KTS. Power elevator light came on. Placarded light inoperative. On overnight, night even in sfo found return line and power lines backwards. I installed 'robbed' line on horizontal elevator and was up on elevator when leak checked. My crew chief was in cockpit.

Narrative: ACFT ABORTED TKOF AT 70 KTS. PWR ELEVATOR LIGHT CAME ON. PLACARDED LIGHT INOP. ON OVERNIGHT, NIGHT EVEN IN SFO FOUND RETURN LINE AND PWR LINES BACKWARDS. I INSTALLED 'ROBBED' LINE ON HORIZ ELEVATOR AND WAS UP ON ELEVATOR WHEN LEAK CHKED. MY CREW CHIEF WAS IN COCKPIT.
