Narrative:
When boarding a blind passenger with a large dog he was allowed to situation in an emergency exit row because he was able to demonstrate exit operation. However, I neglected to read the details of the prohibition and didn't know he had to visually evaluate outside danger. Judgement call, bad one. Reported by first officer to management.

Title: A BLIND PAX WITH DOG WAS SEATED IN AN EMER EXIT ROW.
Narrative: WHEN BOARDING A BLIND PAX WITH A LARGE DOG HE WAS ALLOWED TO SIT IN AN EMER EXIT ROW BECAUSE HE WAS ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE EXIT OP.
