Narrative:

On jun/sun/00, flight abc, while taxiing to runway 28R in pit, the flight attendant called from coach class. She informed me that she needed to move people from 1 row to another due to the location of a car seat and the emergency exit row. I stopped on the taxiway behind another plane. When that aircraft moved up, after about 1 min, I did also. I simply forgot about the call from the back. I was not able to determine if they had finished moving the people before I moved the airplane. I think to keep this from happening again, I will include this in my briefing. Please make certain people are where you need them before the airplane pushes back.

Narrative: ON JUN/SUN/00, FLT ABC, WHILE TAXIING TO RWY 28R IN PIT, THE FLT ATTENDANT CALLED FROM COACH CLASS. I THINK TO KEEP THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN, I WILL INCLUDE THIS IN MY BRIEFING. PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN PEOPLE ARE WHERE YOU NEED THEM BEFORE THE AIRPLANE PUSHES BACK.
