Narrative:
My contact/communication with this disruptive passenger started after the safety video was completed and I went in the cabin to perform safety compliance checks, and passenger that was moved from first class back to assigned seat in coach was now back in first class. Passenger was up and out of seat for the third time during active taxi. I told passenger to go back to his assigned seat in coach. He said no, someone was in his seat. I told him I would go back with him and he said he wanted to stay in first class and look out window. I walked back to coach with passenger (as flight attendant #1 called cockpit). Passenger was assigned seat and was now occupied, so I asked passenger to please situation in another seat (also window) because it was vacant. Passenger said 'get him out/throw him out of my seat' and was getting agitated and very disturbed. Passenger was not following any of our crew instructions. Finally, passenger sat in seat. Returning to first class, flight attendant #1 informed me we were returning to gate. We were met by management and police, and removed passenger from aircraft. Police wanted a written statement immediately! This passenger was disturbed, disruptive, not following crew instructions, not complying with safety measures and was told 3 times to return to his coach seat and kept trying to get up to first class. [Other] passenger made comments regarding this passenger's behavior at airport (terminal) -- 'strange, aggressive and disruptive.' many passenger in first class and coach said 'thank you' for removing this passenger. Supplemental information from acn 538928: I stood in the aft galley with an ice mallot in hand in the event I needed to use it.
