Narrative:
Flying a c-177r6 from rockport, tx, to lawton, oklahoma, aircraft was out of annual and obtained a ferry permit. Flew it from tx to lawton, ok, under IFR because of fairly low ceilings and high tops. Also, had student with me, although, he is a german glider pilot and student in the us working on his private pilot license. According to the permit, no IFR flts are permitted and only required flight crew can be on board.
