Narrative:

Lost right hydraulic system in flight en route to phl. Notified ZDC to notify phl approach of situation because we would have to stop on runway and be towed to gate. ATC did a good job. Part of this is due to the fact they had time to coordinate their plan because I notified them in a timely manner. I did not declare an emergency because I did not consider it one. Landing was normal except we did not taxi because of gear doors hanging down due to lack of hydraulic pressure. This keeps them from being damaged. The crew and passenger were notified in a timely manner. There was no damage or injuries. The fire department was there as a safety precaution. Aircraft was towed safely to the gate. The FAA met the aircraft. Them, I do not trust!
