Narrative:
Last leg of 3 day trip and minimum legal rest. Also had jumpseater we were conversing with. Usually we are filed over vuz to grahm arrival into bna, today we were rqz to volls arrival. Even though we knew the filed routing, complacency/fatigue/distraction caused us to fly toward ghm. 17 north vuz on the 345 degree radial the center controller asked if we were flying to ghm or rqz. I looked at the release to make sure and it said rqz. I told him we were tracking toward rqz (about 020 degrees from vuz) he said we looked like we were heading to ghm and he reclred us direct rqz. We were 17 DME nnw vuz and I estimate about 7 mi off course at worst. Boy were we embarrassed in front of the jumpseater. Since we fly over the same rtes so often we sometimes take the filed routing for granted since it usually is the same. Next time I'll keep a better watch over it!

Title: WRONG NAV TRACK FLOWN BY FLC.
Narrative: LAST LEG OF 3 DAY TRIP AND MINIMUM LEGAL REST. ALSO HAD JUMPSEATER WE WERE CONVERSING WITH. USUALLY WE ARE FILED OVER VUZ TO GRAHM ARR INTO BNA, TODAY WE WERE RQZ TO VOLLS ARR. EVEN THOUGH WE KNEW THE FILED RTING, COMPLACENCY/FATIGUE/DISTR CAUSED US TO FLY TOWARD GHM. 17 N VUZ ON THE 345 DEG RADIAL THE CTR CTLR ASKED IF WE WERE FLYING TO GHM OR RQZ. I LOOKED AT THE RELEASE TO MAKE SURE AND IT SAID RQZ. I TOLD HIM WE WERE TRACKING TOWARD RQZ (ABOUT 020 DEGS FROM VUZ) HE SAID WE LOOKED LIKE WE WERE HDG TO GHM AND HE RECLRED US DIRECT RQZ. WE WERE 17 DME NNW VUZ AND I ESTIMATE ABOUT 7 MI OFF COURSE AT WORST. BOY WERE WE EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF THE JUMPSEATER. SINCE WE FLY OVER THE SAME RTES SO OFTEN WE SOMETIMES TAKE THE FILED RTING FOR GRANTED SINCE IT USUALLY IS THE SAME. NEXT TIME I'LL KEEP A BETTER WATCH OVER IT!
