On may sat and sun/94, a cellular radio tower located on 'irish hill' in berlin, vt, 2.8 mi west of east.F. Knapp state airport failed to keep it's red illuminated hazard markers on during the nighttime. The problem was corrected on may/mon/1994. Where is the backup?
