Narrative:
Left main tires blew on landing rollout. Tower reported smoke that soon dissipated. Deplaned passenger via aft airstairs. Ground man later reported that right main tire (#4) was also flat. Discovery: vibration during rollout. The cause: unknown. Actions or inactions: considered and almost decided to evacuate/evacuation passenger via emergency exits because someone (identify unknown to us) came on frequency and said 'he's on fire.' I decided to double-check with tower and they reported that there was no fire. Perceptions: the voice that reported the fire I'm sure was just trying to help but almost prompted me to make too quick of a decision. I'm glad I double-checked with a very busy tower controller.
