Narrative:

Frequency outage. 126.47 with no buec on backup frequency available for 5 min. 2 aircraft converging at FL330 (air carrier X and Y). I had to rely on relaying clrncs through other aircraft to maintain separation. This has been an ongoing problem for about 3 weeks. Numerous ucr's filled. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated frequency 125.47 had been replaced by frequency 128.0. Sector was using frequency 126.47 because 128.0 was unusable. Maintenance had not relabeled the frequencys and that's why they could not find the frequency for backup on buec. Supervisor has had maintenance relabel frequency. Ucr has been withdrawn.

Title: ATC EQUIP PROB RADIO FREQ FAILED WITH NO BACKUP AVAILABLE. ACR X AND Y ON CONVERGING COURSES.

Narrative: FREQ OUTAGE. 126.47 WITH NO BUEC ON BACKUP FREQ AVAILABLE FOR 5 MIN. 2 ACFT CONVERGING AT FL330 (ACR X AND Y). I HAD TO RELY ON RELAYING CLRNCS THROUGH OTHER ACFT TO MAINTAIN SEPARATION. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROB FOR ABOUT 3 WKS. NUMEROUS UCR'S FILLED. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED FREQ 125.47 HAD BEEN REPLACED BY FREQ 128.0. SECTOR WAS USING FREQ 126.47 BECAUSE 128.0 WAS UNUSABLE. MAINT HAD NOT RELABELED THE FREQS AND THAT'S WHY THEY COULD NOT FIND THE FREQ FOR BACKUP ON BUEC. SUPVR HAS HAD MAINT RELABEL FREQ. UCR HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN.
