Narrative:
Was cleared to land on what I thought was runway 23L but was actually cleared to runway 23R controller said. On landing, I was unable to bring the power levers into the 'beta' range. I had to use the brakes to decelerate and blew out 4 main tires. Runway 23L is the main runway and when I was cleared to land, I thought I was given runway 23L. The propellers would not reverse because the landing gear struts were svced too high and the switch on the struts wouldn't mate. Supplemental information from acn 274353: I was completing my second IOE instructional flight as first officer with the company check airman as flying captain. As he briefed for a landing on runway 23L (the wrong runway), I remember that this didn't seem right and questioned it -- I don't recall if I questioned him aloud/directly. Although we were tired, I do not blame fatigue. I do think that home field habits may have been a factor.

Title: AN ACR MDT LANDED ON THE WRONG RWY.
Narrative: WAS CLRED TO LAND ON WHAT I THOUGHT WAS RWY 23L BUT WAS ACTUALLY CLRED TO RWY 23R CTLR SAID. ON LNDG, I WAS UNABLE TO BRING THE PWR LEVERS INTO THE 'BETA' RANGE. ALTHOUGH WE WERE TIRED, I DO NOT BLAME FATIGUE. I DO THINK THAT HOME FIELD HABITS MAY HAVE BEEN A FACTOR.
