At waco, tx, ASR-7 commissioned jun/xx/94. AT1AF accepted faulty equipment. We had radar and secondary, but had no control on some equipment. Panel indicators faulty. Bulbs burned out, or wrong wattage. Equipment online, no indication on panels. Af/at should have checked equipment prior to accepting no adequate training. 15 min brief -- what to push/not push. Don't use these controls until af checks them out.
