Narrative:
Asked to taxi onto runway and clear again at taxiway 'north' for resequence. Prior thunderstorm left large amount of water on runway. Entered runway then told of aircraft on short final. Told to speed up -- complied -- braked for taxiway 'north'. Slid past taxiway 'north' (note: 'north' is a 90 degree turn). The aircraft on final made a miss. Reason not proper clearance for procedure, water on runway, shouldn't have entered runway.

Narrative: ASKED TO TAXI ONTO RWY AND CLR AGAIN AT TXWY 'N' FOR RESEQUENCE. PRIOR TSTM LEFT LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER ON RWY. ENTERED RWY THEN TOLD OF ACFT ON SHORT FINAL. TOLD TO SPD UP -- COMPLIED -- BRAKED FOR TXWY 'N'. SLID PAST TXWY 'N' (NOTE: 'N' IS A 90 DEG TURN). THE ACFT ON FINAL MADE A MISS. REASON NOT PROPER CLRNC FOR PROC, WATER ON RWY, SHOULDN'T HAVE ENTERED RWY.
